Highly recommend Kapture! Called them when we saw an uninvited guest in our basement. They quickly understood our concerns, answered all of our questions and immediately booked an appointment for one of their highly trained and experienced employees for a service call. Fabio came the next day and we instantly felt at ease that our problem would be fixed! Fabio was the consummate professional, answering our questions and providing the answers and confidence we were hoping for. Fabio went to work and the within 2 days our uninvited guests were no longer! Never did we think it would be resolved so quickly, and we owe our sincere thanks and gratitude to Fabio and Kapture for their efforts, follow up and outstanding communication throughout the entire ordeal. Richard the Salesman from Freehold was amazing! He explained everything in detail to me and you can not beat the price! He was very professional and it when it came to my concerns, he answered every question. He even told me everything that was included in the price. I had Orkin and I always had an issue and had to wait long for them to come to the property. These guys come fast and everything was covered and no added extra fees. This is a great Pest control and its highly recommended.

As was Kasha in the office who was very patient and gave me all the details and prices beforehand. I am so grateful that she was able to schedule him for today, and he got the mouse! I must say Anmul my rep put me at ease when he gave me his presentation of the company and what they are about. He made it seamless to transition from my old pest control company to Kapture. Today was my first service visit with Kapture. When Chris my service technician arrived at my store he was well put together and told me his action plan for his initial assessment.
