Aviva was a delight to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about pest control, accentuated the advantages that Kapture has over larger companies — which often will pencil whip their inspections so they can get their visit quotas in for the day. And she promoted that Kapture is a small business (family owned, I think) that has the ability to have much better quality control over the big companies. And I was very interested in the technology angle that she described, such as being able to account for every bait station at a business with virtual maps and such. And that a tech would not be able to complete a site inspection without inspecting each individual station. No cutting corners. Very impressive. Aviva really knows the business and was a great salesperson.
