Melanie is very thorough and very passionate about what she's doing and very personable. I rather have her all the time than somebody that is not personable and thorough. She explains what she's doing and why and that's very impressive

Matt checked the vent where I heard scratching. He didn’t find anything but treated the area in case there was a returning visitor. I was pleased and would recommend Kapture Control. Quick service too!

We had an excellent experience with Kapture, especially Justin. He truly went above and beyond to help us identify and address a mouse issue that was left behind by the previous homeowners. He took so much time to thoroughly inspect our home, explain everything he found, answer every question we had, and reassure us throughout the process. With our baby due next month, this has been a huge source of stress, and Justin couldn’t have been more conscientious, patient, and understanding. He genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable and confident before he left. His attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to customer service were exceptional.

After calling 2 major companies and having poor experience with scheduling I called Kapture. I had a great experience with this company since the moment of phone call. The customer service rep was helpful and explained every aspect of the service. They were able to get me in for service for the following day. While I was waiting the company called to provide an ETA on the technician which I had requested. Brandon came to the home was respectful and explained everything he was going to do. He was attentive, understanding, and listened to the problem I was dealing with. He took special care and attention to my home. I will continue to use them.

I just started treatment but I am giving five stars because after the initial visit (mice problem) I thought some areas were not covered and the company sent Rodney right back to reinspect the whole property. He did a very thorough job. They explain everything and I am looking forward to being done with these critters by the end of the treatment. They plug holes inside and out, leave traps and are careful if you have pets.
