We’ve noticed a real difference since starting the service, especially with fewer lantern flies and mosquitoes. Their scheduling is punctual and organized, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. That level of service is hard to find these days, especially with pest control companies. We had an excellent experience with Kapture, especially Justin. He truly went above and beyond to help us identify and address a mouse issue that was left behind by the previous homeowners. He took so much time to thoroughly inspect our home, explain everything he found, answer every question we had, and reassure us throughout the process. With our baby due next month, this has been a huge source of stress, and Justin couldn’t have been more conscientious, patient, and understanding. After calling 2 major companies and having poor experience with scheduling I called Kapture. I had a great experience with this company since the moment of phone call.
