Our Story

Kapture Pest Control began with a rat-infested apartment. The start of my career was meant to be exciting. I moved to New York City, got my first apartment, but my excitement quickly disappeared when I began waking up to rats scratching every single night.

I didn’t know what to do since the rats were in the walls or ceiling. My frustration got bigger every day as I couldn’t find a solution. The building exterminator couldn’t figure it out either. The problem didn’t stop until I moved out a few months later. Luckily, my next apartment was rat free.

Fast forward a year, and I moved to my first solo apartment. It didn’t take long for me to start having flash-backs to my original frustration.

The week after moving in, a mouse came streaking through the living room and threatened to ruin another apartment for me. This time, I resolved myself that i wouldn’t let them win. After a few weeks of research and some trial and error I was able to completely resolve the issue on my own. Once resolved I lived there for 5 years without a single further incident.

With this successful experience I quickly grew a deep appreciation for the pest control industry and how much it can improve people’s lives.

I continued learning about the industry. Eventually I got directly involved and the more I learned about it the more i came to appreciate it.

I couldn’t help but notice that in my own backyard all these successful, long-term family-owned companies got rolled up by large national and international companies. And with that, the old-fashioned customer service that used to dominate the industry seemed to disappear.

It didn’t take me long to make up my mind and I decided to start my own company to bring back what I felt people valued. A company offering effective, fast and family-friendly services.

Fast forward a few years and things have come together (almost) exactly as planned. We now have hundreds of positive reviews and a fast growing customer base.

I look forward to many more years in this industry that has been so good for me.

I just started treatment but I am giving five stars because after the initial visit (mice problem) I thought some areas were not covered and the company sent Rodney right back to reinspect the whole property. He did a very thorough job. They explain everything and I am looking forward to being done with these critters by the end of the treatment. They plug holes inside and out, leave traps and are careful if you have pets.

All I can say is thank God for Brandon since hiring capture pest control and having Brandon as our Technician we’ve seen such a decline in mice flies mosquitoes bugs in general he is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. He always has a good attitude and is always willing to listen to me freak out about bugs cause I do not like bug bugs and he has a lot of patience The company has been incredibly thorough, organized, and professional. I would highly recommend capture and Brandon as your Technician. He is truly the best thank you.

I called at 9 am for a problem with mice and ants.Matt arrived at 12:15 and went straight to work. He found places that I pass each day where the mice could have entered. He set traps in my garage,kitchen, furnace room, attic and outside. He then sprayed the entire perimeter of my house for ants. He was pleasant, professional and even put shoe covers on to protect my home. I am very pleased with the service . Matt put us at ease.

Jordan, the technician was very professional, courteous and very thorough . He informs me of his upcoming service and he communicates well if there’s any issues. Very satisfied with the technician Justin. Very professional and took his time to make sure that everything was done right and found possible entry points of the rodents. Looking forward to the 2-week follow up and hopefully the pest issue will be eradicated. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Kapture. I then had a 2nd week follow up with Matt who was very thorough and reinforced possible entry points and sprayed around for pests. Thank you again Kapture.
