Dan M.
Dan is a seasoned pest control veteran with a whopping 13 years of experience. Beyond conquering pests, he thrives on helping others grow to their full potential. Dan considers himself lucky to be part of an amazing group of coworkers who make his time at Kapture truly special.
One of his fondest moments is the annual Kapture end-of-the-year event, where he takes joy in recognizing and awarding his fantastic team. But it’s not just about awards – Dan’s most cherished memory involves helping a new homeowner tackle a termite infestation. The gratitude from the relieved homeowner is a memory he’ll always hold dear.
Outside the pest battle, Dan’s heart belongs to his wife and two boys. Family time is his treasure, and it’s what makes every termite-free victory even sweeter.
Sam
We didn’t know just how lucky we were when Sam joined out team last year. He takes pride in resolving issues and preventing pest headaches for our clients. Making him a perfect fit for our team.
Sam appreciates the teamwork at Kapture and feels like part of a team more than an employee. He is a proud new father to a beautiful baby girl named Sonni. #girldad
Outside the office and his new daddy duties, he finds joy in outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and hiking.
Ben
I have worked a little less than a year in pest control. My favorite part of working in pest control has been elping prospects solve problems or prevent future problems from occurring that directly impact the health, safety and peace of mind of themselves, their business and their employees. My favorite pests are cockroaches, who often survive where others fail making them a symbol of perseverance. Like cockroaches, I am resilient & adaptable and thrive in any environment or challenge thrown my way.
What I love working with Kapture and align with the company’s mission to become known as the Best Pest Control Provider in New Jersey and supporting our growth throughout New Jersey and beyond. I have enjoyed watching new sales reps grow – specifically, the success that comes when they put the process into action.
I am a lifelong learner, constantly seeking ways to grow, and am passionate about problem-solving and creating lasting relationships that help businesses thrive. I’ve been married to my wife Dawn for 12 years and have an amazing 11-year-old son, Bradley. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, coaching youth soccer, reading, hiking and logging miles on my bicycle.
Dylan
Dylan has been in the pest control industry for almost 3 years. He is a very motivated worker and enjoys taking on the toughest challenges. Dylan can’t say enough about the team and work environment here at Kapture. His favorite memory was when he was promoted to lead technician.
Dylan’s all about the great outdoors. You’ll find him fishing, hiking, working out, and soaking up quality time with friends and family when he’s not out controlling some New Jersey Pests.

Javier is a another recent addition to the pest control team with less than 6 months of experience. At Kapture, he takes pride in assisting our clients and likes that he never works the same day twice.
Javier finds joy in the positive work environment and looks forward to his weekly team meetings where he can catch up with his coworker. He values the wealth of knowledge among his colleagues, embracing the opportunity to learn from their experiences.

Jordan has been in pest control for almost a year and appreciates the chance to tackle different problems in each home. Wasp are his favorite pest. At Kapture, Jordan enjoys the positive team dynamic. One of his most memorable moments was helping resolve a long-standing mouse issue for a client. Outside of pest control, Jordan enjoys playing basketball and traveling, and is the middle child of five.
Alphonso
Alphonso is a seasoned member of our pest control team with two years of experience. He enjoys assisting customers and embraces the unique challenges that come with each job, which shows in his 5-star reviews.
Alphonso especially enjoys jobs involving bees. Alphonso appreciates the great teamwork at Kapture and is happy to part of such a group. One of his standout memories is successfully removing his first bee nest; and for the record he barely even broke a sweat!
