Temis came as scheduled in response to an emergency call we placed the day before, ie wasps finding their way into the house. Matt Iovino was very thorough in examining spots in the house and outside that might contribute to mice problem in the house. He explained what he was doing and listened carefully to my concerns. Traps were set; bait distributed and small openings were sealed. I found this first visit very satisfactory. A two week follow-up was scheduled.

Trevor made the quarterly visit to inspect and take care of my maintenance plan.
Very nice young man, professional and polite and conversational. I informed him that I was noticing wasps around my picture window in the living room for about 2 months now. Trevor inspected and found the wasps nest up by my chimney. He sprayed a special mixture and after application, he explained that it would take a week to 2 weeks for them to be totally gone.
I was quite pleased with his service.
As usual, Kapture Pest Control was right on point with service and courteous service!
