The technician, Dylan Post was very thorough. He rebaited the traps (which were empty) in the basement & garage. He said that there was slight activity and advised us to remove the bird seed stored in the garage, which we are doing. He then went outside to complete his work around the perimeter of the house. He advised that we schedule a follow up in two weeks, which we did.

We appreciate Dylan's helpful attitude and considerable knowledge.

Highly recommend Kapture! Called them when we saw an uninvited guest in our basement. They quickly understood our concerns, answered all of our questions and immediately booked an appointment for one of their highly trained and experienced employees for a service call. Fabio came the next day and we instantly felt at ease that our problem would be fixed! Fabio was the consummate professional, answering our questions and providing the answers and confidence we were hoping for. Fabio went to work and the within 2 days our uninvited guests were no longer! Never did we think it would be resolved so quickly, and we owe our sincere thanks and gratitude to Fabio and Kapture for their efforts, follow up and outstanding communication throughout the entire ordeal. We were so impressed with this company and all the other services that they offer, that we instantaneously wanted a service contract with them as insurance and preventative maintenance. Richard the Salesman from Freehold was amazing! He explained everything in detail to me and you can not beat the price! He was very professional and it when it came to my concerns, he answered every question. He even told me everything that was included in the price. I had Orkin and I always had an issue and had to wait long for them to come to the property. These guys come fast and everything was covered and no added extra fees. This is a great Pest control and its highly recommended.
