This company came out to my mom’s house the same day for a bee problem and took care of it very professionally. The technician Mitch explained what he found and how he was going to treat it and when the follow up would be. The initial treatment took care of the problem while the follow up technician two weeks later Alex was just as amazing treating the property for other creapy crawlers. I am glad we started a program with this very professional company.

Our tech today, Steven T., went above and beyond. When he called to let me know he was here, I explained that I found a yellow-jacket nest/hole, he talked me through what he would do to remediate it. He even helped me move some stuff that was right next to the hole so that no one else would have to get close to it and be put in danger. He did it all with efficient, kind professionalism.

Update: The company followed up after my initial review and sent a technician along with the manager. This time, they were very thorough and professional. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to treat the issue properly. Thank you for taking it seriously and standing behind your service.

I posted on Nextdoor that I was looking for a professional who could remove yellow jackets inside the wall, and I hired them for $300 because they said they could handle it. When they came, they said removing the nest inside the wall was difficult and only sprayed instead. The wasps are still there, so it ended up being a waste of money and time, and now the situation is even worse because the wasps are showing up inside the house.
