The technician, Dylan Post was very thorough. He rebaited the traps (which were empty) in the basement & garage. He said that there was slight activity and advised us to remove the bird seed stored in the garage, which we are doing. He then went outside to complete his work around the perimeter of the house. He advised that we schedule a follow up in two weeks, which we did.

Highly recommend Kapture! Called them when we saw an uninvited guest in our basement. Richard the Salesman from Freehold was amazing! He explained everything in detail to me and you can not beat the price! He was very professional and it when it came to my concerns, he answered every question. He even told me everything that was included in the price.
