Charlie has been working in pest control for 1 year and enjoys helping the community most about the job. His favorite pest is ants. What Charlie appreciates about working at Kapture is the learning and organization within the company. One of his favorite memories is making the biggest sale for Kapture in 2024. Charlie finds it exciting to walk into huge factory facilities to see how pests operate at a large scale. Outside of work, Charlie loves traveling, adventures, and music. When not “pest-controlling,” they’re likely off exploring the world.
Aviva
Aviva has been in pest control for about 6 months and truly enjoys working with people—it’s her favorite part of the job. Her favorite pest is bats, and she loves the team mentality at Kapture, where everyone works together toward success. One of her standout memories is setting up an account that led to a successful pre-audit—definitely a proud moment! Outside of pest control, Aviva runs almost every day and enjoys reading.
Gabriel
Gabriel has been in pest control for 6 months and enjoys connecting prospects with practical solutions. He’s got a thing for rodents—likely thanks to the problem-solving challenges they bring. At Kapture, he values the support from the team. A highlight of his time so far is closing his biggest account when he was just getting started. Gabriel comes from a sales background and now balances his time between workouts and being with his family.

Dan is a seasoned pest control veteran with a whopping 13 years of experience. Beyond conquering pests, he thrives on helping others grow to their full potential. Dan considers himself lucky to be part of an amazing group of coworkers who make his time at Kapture truly special.
One of his fondest moments is the annual Kapture end-of-the-year event, where he takes joy in recognizing and awarding his fantastic team. But it’s not just about awards – Dan’s most cherished memory involves helping a new homeowner tackle a termite infestation. The gratitude from the relieved homeowner is a memory he’ll always hold dear.
Outside the pest battle, Dan’s heart belongs to his wife and two boys. Family time is his treasure, and it’s what makes every termite-free victory even sweeter.
Dylan
Dylan has been in the pest control industry for almost 3 years. He is a very motivated worker and enjoys taking on the toughest challenges. Dylan can’t say enough about the team and work environment here at Kapture. His favorite memory was when he was promoted to lead technician.
Dylan’s all about the great outdoors. You’ll find him fishing, hiking, working out, and soaking up quality time with friends and family when he’s not out controlling some New Jersey Pests.
