Our technician Juan was awesome and Kapture took care of our mouse infestation. Juan was helpful and patient, explained what we needed to do to remove food sources / water / nesting areas, and he helped us address the problem (after a few visits - which is what I would have expected was needed). We were very grateful for the help! Also, everyone who I spoke to in the office was very friendly and helpful (e.g., if we needed information or to reschedule or whatever - very responsive and courteous). Thank you for a great experience with something that can be very unpleasant!

My rate is a 5 star with no hesitation! Had two people within the three visits. Jordan and Alex were an amazing, professional, patient and kind workers! Super polite and funny may I add! They are filled with lots of knowledge that even got me hooked up on lol. Had such an amazing experience with both of them. Which made the process go super smooth! As for the bugs, haven’t be spotted anymore which I am so pleased about as well. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family! And definitely recommend to everyone else!
