Our technician Juan was awesome and Kapture took care of our mouse infestation. Juan was helpful and patient, explained what we needed to do to remove food sources / water / nesting areas, and he helped us address the problem (after a few visits - which is what I would have expected was needed). My rate is a 5 star with no hesitation! Had two people within the three visits. Jordan and Alex were an amazing, professional, patient and kind workers! Super polite and funny may I add! They are filled with lots of knowledge that even got me hooked up on lol. Had such an amazing experience with both of them. Which made the process go super smooth! Anthony inspected all our rodent boxes and traps, inside and outside, refreshed the bait in the spring traps, and checked the poison outside. He found no mouse activity except in the outside boxes, in some of which all the poison squares were eaten. He filled up the poison traps and plans to return in two weeks. Anthony did a fine professional job as usual; listening to him was like attending an interesting seminar. He was pleased to see that we are now virtually mouse-free, and he attributes at least some of that success to our closing of holes to the outside, ones that he had previously identified.

This company is wonderful. The sale rep, Aviva was knowledgeable and friendly to work with. Every tech that has come out has been amazing but Joe has really gone above and beyond for our pest control needs.
